Vake Residence
Full cycle — design, construction and interiors. Contemporary minimalism.
A three-storey family residence on the Vake hillside. The project began with a topographic study of the plot — the house follows the slope, and every floor gains a terrace of its own. Construction and interiors were delivered by one team under a single contract.
The programme was met to the week. Every Friday I received a photo report — not once did I have to ask what was happening on site.
